Raised in Genoa, Illinois, Julia moved to Streator with her husband Jeff (a Streator native and member of Central) in 2002 after getting married. She started attending Central in 2018 after Jeff went home to be with Jesus. Julia writes, “I immediately felt at home and wanted to get involved. Shortly after I started serving with the youth group and Sunday school. I am now teaching a small group. We love attending and serving at Central Church of Christ. I’m thankful for the opportunity to work at the church.”
Julia became our custodian in 2023.
