PLAN YOUR VISIT
We are located at 2001 East Main (IL Rte. 18) east of downtown Streator. Our campus is east of St Stephens Cemetery and on the south side of the road from The Villas Of Hollybrook.
As you pull into the east parking lot and head to our main entrance, look for the flags that say ENTER.
Our friendly volunteers will greet you and would be happy to point you in the right direction.
When you go through the door, you’ll find our Involvement Desk where our staff will gladly answer any questions you have about Central.
We offer three identical worship services at 8:00am, 9:30am and 11:00am. They include a full band with upbeat and inspiring songs of praise-some of which you may be familiar with if you listen to your local Christian radio station.
You’ll find a wide variety of dress, from suit and tie to jeans and a hoodie. Just think “comfortable and casual” and you’re good to go.
We welcome ALL ages to join us in worship. Parents are welcome to bring their children right into the service with them if they like.
When you’re comfortable, we have great programming for children (birth – 5th grade) and teens (6th – 12th grade) during our 9:30am and 11:00am services!
Volunteers are available at the entrance of our Central Kids and Central Students areas just outside the worship center doors to assist with checking your child in and helping you find their classroom.

Central is a Restoration Movement Church that has been expanding the borders of God’s Kingdom in the greater Streator area and around the globe for the past 150+ years. We are carrying that legacy of faithfulness into the future. We believe that the local church is the hope of the world, and we’re committed to bringing the hope we have in Jesus to our community and beyond. We’re driven by the singular goal of making and maturing disciples of Jesus who change the world.

We preach and teach from the Bible in a relevant and practical way with the hope that you’ll apply the truth of God’s Word to your life as the love of God transforms your life.
Whether you’ve been following Jesus your whole life, or this is your first time walking into a church, we believe God has something He wants each and every one of us to learn as we grow in our relationship with Him.
We also invite all baptized believers to take part in communion each week. Pre-made communion cups are available at the doors as you enter the worship center.
