FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

  • Where do I go?

Pull into the East parking lot, find a parking space and head to our main entrance, the covered doorway in the middle of the building. When you go through the door, you’ll find our Welcome Center (for your questions) and Kid Central check-in station (for your children) directly in front of you.

  • How long do services last?

Each of our Sunday morning services typically last about and hour and fifteen minutes. This includes, music, teaching, a time of communion and offering.

  • What should I wear?

At Central you’ll find a wide variety of dress, from suit and tie to jeans and a hoodie. So, just think “comfortable and casual” and you’re good to go.

  • Do you have anything for my children?

    • Absolutely! We have a baby nursery at all three services.
    • There is programing for all preschool age children at the 9:30 and 11:00 service times. This is designed as a two-hour program so that if a child stays for both hours they get a fresh session for their second hour (so that you can attend an Adult Bible Study).
    • For elementary age children here is what is offered at the 9:30 service. Kindergarten through 3rd grade children have their own worship service in the fellowship hall/gym. It is a lively time of worship and interactive lesson that is age appropriate. Children 4th-6th grades have Sunday School Classes during this hour.
    • At the 11:00 service there is junior worship in the fellowship hall/gym for children 4th-6th grades with worship and lessons designed especially for this tween age group. The Kindergarten-3rd graders have Sunday School Classes offered this hour.
  • Providing a safe environment for your children is extremely important to us!

So, we have Kid Central check-in counters at every entry point into our children’s ministry areas.  When you go to the check-in counter, one of our Kid Central volunteers will help you check your child in at a computer.

The information you provide will be used to generate two unique tags: one that will go on your child, and one that you will take with you and use to identify and pick up your child following the worship service (bring that tag with you!).  This tag number will be flashed on the big screen in the worship center if your child should need you for any reason. While this may seem like a hassle, we always want your children to be safe and secure while they’re at Central!
